# Dallas Housing Acquisition and Development Corporation

> The Dallas Land Bank and Land Transfer Programs are managed by City of Dallas staff to support the development of affordable housing.  The Dallas Housing Acquisition and Development Corporation (DHADC) owns Land Bank properties, which were acquired through tax foreclosure. These properties are available for purchase by qualified developers committed to building affordable homes for low- to moderate-income families.
